Personal Handover
Whenever possible, watches are handed over in person, allowing clients to inspect the timepiece, accessories, and documentation in a secure and relaxed setting.
Payment
Payment is accepted by bank wire transfer only. A formal invoice is issued for every transaction.
Shipping
For clients outside the Brussels area, insured shipping is available at the buyer's expense. All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the timepiece.
Clear terms and honest descriptions
All watches are sold with the legal warranty applicable under Belgian consumer law. Every watch is presented with a clear description of its condition, configuration and known history.
Water resistance is tested on vintage and neo-vintage references prior to sale.
Recent references sold as new or like-new are covered by their remaining Rolex manufacturer's warranty.
